You will start with a glass of Brédif Brut, a sparkling wine produced with the traditional method. Then you will start the guided tour of the prehistoric cellar. There you will reach “La Rotonde”, where you will have a tasting of 5 wines. With that, they will offer you appetizers rillons, foie gras, and cheese canapés.
