Château de La Dauphine invites you to visit and discover their park with a view of the Château, the vineyard, technical buildings.

During this experience, you will have an olfactory workshop with the “Nez du Vin” © aroma game, introduction to a wine tasting where you can taste of 3 wines.

The history of Château de La Dauphine traces back to 1744. Jean-Baptiste De Richon built it. In 1985, François-Régis Marcetteau De Brem sold La Dauphine to the Moueix family of Libourne. The first vine planted in Fronsac date back to 2000 years. The vineyard covers an area of 53 hectares and is facing south. It has 14 types of soil. The vineyard follows organic farming practices. They plant 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The terroir consists of clay, limestone and sandy soils on the plateau. The vine density is 6300 vines per hectares. Every detail of the wine is …
