So, when you land at cape town international Airport, get onto the airport wifi, set destination to this location. On arrival, order a flatbread and let the team take you on a journey through the local wines and local infused rooibos teas. What an absolute pleasure. A gem on the Piekenierskloof pass.

What a lovely stop for breakfast/lunch. Rooibos tea tasting at Carmien Tea Shop and lots of cool gifts. A wide range of interesting flavours. There is wine tasting as well - we didn't do this. We had the Roosterkoek burgers which were good - the Roosterkoek is a bit "heavy"for my digestive system. Great cuppachino. Lovely seating outside under the trees. Most enjoyable and well worth a stop.

We had a nice afternoon wine tasting and late lunch. Piekenierskloof has great wine and great food. The store and gift shop has wine, coffee, pastries, grass-fed meat, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and so much more. Not to be missed!

Stopped to do a tasting of the Piekenierskloof wines which I have been looking forward to doing for a while. Very nice and importantly cool tasting room. Tasting ladies were as wonderful as the wines. Highly recommend a stop and De Tol has more than the wines to do / see.

Amazing experience here! Came for wine tasting but they offered gin and tea and nougat tasting!! Very unique and a must try for gin lovers or health nuts 🍹
