Welcome to Hattingley Valley, a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly winery renowned for crafting premium English sparkling wines using traditional methods. Our wines are celebrated worldwide, and we invite you to witness the artistry behind their creation. Join us for a guided tour of our winemaking facilities, where you’ll learn how we produce our exceptional wines, much like the renowned Champagne region in France. After the tour, enjoy a curated tasting of our exquisite wines, showcasing the best of what we have to offer.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your tour. We have ample parking available on-site. Keep in mind that the winery can be cool, even on warm days, so dress in layers and wear comfortable clothing. Sturdy footwear is recommended, as the vineyard can be muddy.

If you plan to bring children or have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises. We look forward to welcoming you to Hattingley Valley for an unforgettable experience in English sparkling wine!

Brilliant tour and tasting. It was very interesting walking around the facilities and trying the different wines was lots of fun! Their tasting was very intimate and felt very special and lovely! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an enjoyable afternoon!

Hattingley Valley wines are excellent. That's indisputable but the tasting and tour of the winery is highly recommended. You get to understand why they have won so many awards and get to try their range of wines. The winery is out in rural Hampshire and is a tranquil and beautiful setting. We were gifted a tour and it was a real eye opener. The tour is relaxed and is tailored to every group . Our tour guide David was brilliant, full of information and anecdotes. I thoroughly and wholeheartedly encourage you to take a tour. You won't regret it. As mentioned, you can gift tours so I suspect this is our new go-to Christmas present for our best friends & family.
