Discover the brighter side of Tuscany with our Organic White Wines Tour & Tasting. A private and authentic experience at the historic San Michele a Torri estate, designed for those short on time but still wishing to experience the essence of Tuscan wine and food culture in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The tour begins with a guided tour of our centuries-old cellars and the traditional orciaia, where we age our prized organic extra virgin olive oil. This is followed by a guided tasting of three of our finest organic white wines, unique expressions of our terroir: from fresh and minerally to more aromatic and complex. The wines are accompanied by a traditional Tuscan platter of local cured meats, artisanal cheeses, our award-winning organic Laudemio olive oil, and homemade bread made with organic ancient grains. A perfect introduction to a lesser-known yet extraordinary side of Tuscan winemaking: elegant white wines that combine innovation and tradition, right at the heart of our estate.

Write a reviewI had a Interesting experience. Started with a warm and welcoming tour of the vineyard tasting the wine and olive oil. I decided to order some wines to be shipped home. However the wine must have got to me and I filled out the paperwork wrong. Luckily the through a series of emails the situation was resolved through a 5 star customer service.

My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The English tour and tasting was perfect and all of their products lovely! So much so that we ended up buying Wine, Olive Oil and Honey to be shipped back home, at a very affordable shipping rate, might I add. The fact that all of their products were organic threw the experience over the top. The meats, cheeses, oils and wines, rightfully should be a great source of pride for the owner and staff of San Michele. As a Viticulturalist and Sustainable Farmer, I can definitely conclude everything here is top notch and done with passion for service and quality. We will be returning!

We had a lovely experience at this stop on our wine tour. Our host was kind and personable as she took us through their wine making process and tasting session. Each pour was generous and a great example of the differences between the wines in the region.

Highly recommend a visit! We were a group of five with varied interests in wine when we arrived compared to when we left when we had absorbed everything we heard to take it with us for the rest of the trip. Good tour of the wine-making, better tasting and a final lunch that was fantastic!! Very affordable and worth every penny. Might be a good idea to look into taxis or rental cars if you don't fancy taking the local bus.
