A private and authentic experience at the historic San Michele a Torri estate, designed for those short on time but still wishing to experience the essence of Tuscan wine and food culture in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The tour begins with a guided tour of our centuries-old cellars and the traditional orciaia, where we age our prized organic extra virgin olive oil. This is followed by a guided tasting of three of our finest organic white wines, unique expressions of our terroir: from fresh and minerally to more aromatic and complex. The wines are accompanied by a traditional Tuscan platter of local cured meats, artisanal cheeses, our award-winning organic Laudemio olive oil, and homemade bread made with organic ancient grains. A perfect introduction to a lesser-known yet extraordinary side of Tuscan winemaking: elegant white wines that combine innovation and tradition, right at the heart of our estate.
