Experience Authentic Craft Cider

Located in the vibrant heart of Sabiles at Rīgas street 22, Sabiles Cider Brewery is dedicated to crafting exceptional cider. Each autumn, local farmers from Kurzeme bring us fresh apples from their orchards, which we transform into delightful ciders. During your visit, you will witness the cider production process, from selecting the finest apples to the final corking of the bottles. You’ll have the chance to taste our unique ciders and even take home your favorites to share with friends and family.

Excellent production of local producers. A great shopping and recreation place with a story, feelings and taste. If you manage to meet the owners and talk to them, it will definitely add extra flavor.

English below -------- The Sabile Cider Factory and Cider House are a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. In the factory, you can see how cider is made, learn about its history, and also taste different ciders. Made from local Latvian apples and tastes great. The employees are always nice and kind. But I recommend arranging tours of the factory in advance, especially if it is necessary to conduct them in other languages. In the cider house, you can drink both cold and hot cider, coffee or tea and get delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Sabiles Cider factory and the Cider house, which are across the street from each other, are a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Kurzeme. In the factory you can take a tour that will show you how the cider is made, tell you about the history of cider, and also taste it. The cider is made from local apples and tastes really good. The staff was also very nice and friendly, however, if you want a tour in a language other than Latvian, I think it's best to call ahead and arrange it. In the Cider House which is on the other side of the Main Street, but owned by the same people, you can have cold and hot cider, coffee or tea, or also food, in a very cozy setting!
