Discover Château Vessière: A Walk Through Living Terroir

Join us for a guided walk through our vineyard, where 15 different grape varieties grow across the estate. As you stroll among the vines, you'll discover the story of how we farm the land — and the many small details that make our approach unique.

Along the way, you'll see the herbal teas we use to protect the vines naturally, in place of chemical treatments — part of our Demeter-certified biodynamic practice. You'll also come across the solar panels and wind turbine that power the estate, and take in sweeping views over the salt lakes below the hill. We'll even show you our vintage firefighter truck, a quirky piece of the estate's history.
