Imagine a majestic amphitheater where, in endless, orderly rows, the vines let each single grape bask in the sun on the clear, limpid, and quiet days of the Langhe. At the top of a Sori, the crest of the highest hill, there is a small house, arranged as if to enjoy the view from a wonderful terrace over the rolling hills of the Langhe. In this magical setting, tastings and samplings of the wines produced right here take place, accompanied by other local delicacies. Below the house, invisible to the eyes from afar so as not to disturb the harmony of the thousand rolling hills, is a secret room called the Barricaia where, in a row of barriques, the wine rests and slowly ages at the temperature of the earth where it was born. For someone like me, who comes from the chaotic city life, a carefree day filled with flavors and freedom like this is truly hard to forget. As is the rich, beautifully ambianced, and elegant tasting. The family's hospitality, which after decades traveling the world, has created an enchanting place of peace and beauty, a permanent center of good taste, allows us to understand what the happy encounter between passion and commitment, love of the land, good taste and stylish design can achieve, skillfully creating an experience worth telling friends about. Not to mention the intense, indescribable, and thrilling olfactory sensations you experience when you raise the glasses, which give full flavor and richness to the tasting. I just left and already want to book another day of peace, relaxation, and delight. Thank you, Alterris

If you're passing through Diano d'Alba, you absolutely must stop here. It was a wonderful experience: the building is a truly magnificent terrace overlooking the Langhe, with a breathtaking view as you sip a glass. But the real surprise is beneath your feet: I was truly struck by the underground room, an almost magical and silent place where the wine rests and matures calmly. The atmosphere is super welcoming and the wines are excellent. Highly recommended!

A wonderful day immersed in the nature of the Langhe, tasting the excellent wines from their cellar. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of the staff and owners, who gave us a glimpse into the work and dedication that goes into every bottle. The view and surrounding vineyards create a special atmosphere, especially at sunset!
