Cantagallo Winery organizes wine tastings and guided tour of the winery (wine cellar, ageing room and old wine room) for guests and outside groups.
After the tour, (Italian or English) it will be possible to taste the products of Cantagallo Estate and Le Farnete Estate : Chianti Montalbano DOCG, Carmignano Riserva DOCG, Carmignano DOCG, Barco Reale di Carmignano DOC, Gioveto IGT and Vinsanto Millarium Riserva and extra-virgin olive oil.


The Montalbano Wine and Oil Route is recommended for wine and food lovers to discover the area and its delicacies.

It is a particularly green place to go on trips and walks, for some time in Cantagallo there has been a large oil mill (the Cantagallo oil mill is very famous as well as one of the best in the area) where you can obtain oil but unfortunately it is not always all roses and flowers because in Cantagallo there are very narrow roads to be able to make a U-turn or travel in two lanes; This is exactly why I gave it four stars.
