WHITE ROOTS – A Journey Through White Wine Purity (5 WHITE WINES)

Your visit begins with an insightful tour of our estate winery, where modern
techniques blend harmoniously with tradition to bring out the unique
expression of our white varietals. Step into fermentation rooms, and discover
how terroir, temperature control, and careful timing shape the aromatic profile
and crisp character of each wine.
The experience culminates in a guided tasting of five hand-selected white
wines—each one offering a unique interpretation of our soils, microclimates,
and winemaking philosophy. From vibrant citrus notes to mineral undertones
and delicate florals, these wines reflect the refined side of our terroir.
Complimentary breadsticks will be provided during the tasting.

An incredible tour, generously run by incredible people... The Karamitrou family has been honoring the entire wine experience for years! Even the tasting process is unique... Each bottle has its own taste, story and "character"! And the hospitality... the warmest and most family-friendly we have ever experienced! Thank you!

Wonderful premises, very neat and clean, very warm people with love for what they do and from what we tasted, they obviously do it very well!! The guided tour by the friendly sommelier is excellent 😍 The tasting rooms are very tasteful and warm. It is definitely worth a visit!

If you're in the area, don't miss it! You don't have to be an avid wine lover to visit, it's a fantastic place with fantastically hospitable people. You'll have a great time and I definitely recommend you do a tasting at the new place they built with the amazing goddess! Thanks for the effort, I wish people would support it.
