Volcanic Wine & Dinner Experience on Mount Etna

Join us at Casa Etnella for an intimate wine experience on the north-eastern slopes of Mount Etna, where wine, food and nature come together in a truly authentic way.

Your visit begins with a walk through our botanical garden and volcanic vineyards, where we share our philosophy of natural winemaking and the story behind our project.

The experience continues with a seasonal dinner prepared by Carla, combining local ingredients and creative Mediterranean cuisine. Each dish is paired with our natural wines, produced on the estate and expressing the unique character of Etna.

More than a tasting, this is a moment of connection — with the land, with the people, and often with other guests from around the world, sharing stories around the table.

Hosted personally by Davide and Carla, the experience reflects passion, authenticity and a deep love for the territory.

For those who wish to fully immerse themselves, overnight stay at the agriturismo is also available.

For your dream vacation. A superb and very well-equipped house. Absolute tranquility on the slopes of Mount Etna. And to top it all off, the host is a highly regarded winemaker from this part of Etna.

DON'T MISS!!! A magical place, we spent a wonderful evening enjoying delicious food cooked by the wonderful Carla, and natural wines produced by Davide and his team! We'll definitely be back during the grape harvest season for an even more unique experience!

Our experience at Etnella was by far the highlight of our trip to Sicily. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to return again next summer! The botanical tour was very interesting and educational, plus we picked out fresh produce from the gardens for our wonderful dinner cooked by chef Carla. Davide’s wine pairings were also fantastic. Some of the best wines I’ve had all year! Both Davide’s and Carla’s hospitality made us feel right at home and we feel truly grateful to have had such a unique and special experience.

Davide’s place and his wine is pure magic! We had the best 24 hours at his farm, where we felt truly welcome. Carla made the most amazing dinner, and Davide provided great wine and a wonderful atmosphere. All we can say is: try it when in Sicily! We’ll definitely be back (especially if we find the man of our dreams and need to host a wedding).

Really beautiful experience staying on the property. The apartments are basic but comfortable and clean with everything you need. They have a beautiful sea view. Carla made the most amazing dinner with fresh ingredients from the garden. She has worked in Michelin star kitchens and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Davide is friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for the rest of our time in Sicily. The natural wines are delicious and are also served in some Michelin restaurants in New York City which means we can enjoy them when we get back home too. This is a special place and not to be missed!
