Wine tasting with 2 wines

ounded in 1992 by Yiannis and Alexia Christoudia, who united their marriage with a shared passion for oenology. With little formal winemaking training but deep love for the craft, they began cultivating their family's vineyards in Kato Drys, near Lefkara. Today the winery focuses on indigenous Cypriot grape varieties (Xynisteri, Maratheftiko, Spourtiko and others), ages wine in oak barrels, and produces from over 200 tons of grapes annually. The winery is family-run and open daily, offering tastings, tours, a small traditional-products museum, and vineyard brunch, reflecting Cyprus's wine heritage with a contemporary touch.
