TRADITION AND INNOVATION
A journey through the authentic flavors of Oltrepò Pavese

Let us guide you through the Oltrepò Pavese region on a tasting journey that reveals the soul of this unique region, where ancient farming traditions meet the constant pursuit of quality and innovation.

During the experience, you will taste four selected wines, accompanied by typical local products carefully paired to enhance their aromas and characteristics.

The journey begins with the "18 Carati" Riesling Superiore DOC , an elegant expression of Riesling Renano grown in the Oltrepò hills. A refined wine that pairs perfectly with local cheeses, honey, and artisanal jams, offering surprising contrasts between savory and sweet.

We continue with one of the most authentic symbols of local tradition: Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese Frizzante , the convivial wine par excellence, served alongside the typical cured meats that for generations have represented the gastronomic excellence of these hills.

The third glass is the "45° Parallelo" Rosso IGT , a wine of great structure and elegance. Its name recalls the 45th parallel, the same geographical strip that runs through some of the world's most prestigious wine-growing areas, making the Oltrepò Pavese part of a territory naturally suited to viticulture.

To conclude the journey, the famous Sangue di Giuda dell'Oltrepò Pavese , a sweet and lively sparkling wine, accompanied by traditional Brasadé biscuits. A conclusion that encompasses history, legend, and authentic flavors.

During the tasting, you'll discover curiosities, anecdotes, and traditions that make Oltrepò Pavese one of Italy's most fascinating wine regions, yet often little-known to the general public.

On nice days, the experience takes place outdoors, surrounded by the vineyards and rolling hills that characterize the Oltrepò landscape. Alternatively, we'll be happy to welcome you to our cozy Tasting Room.

An experience designed for wine enthusiasts, the curious, couples, groups of friends, and anyone who wants to experience an authentic experience combining taste, nature, and tradition.

After a phonecall with Paolo informing him that we aregoing to be coming we arrived late with our bicycles the same day. That last hill really took our last powers. Sebastian was there and greeted us with a smile, showed us the place, where to pitch our tent and offered us a glass of god sent wine. The next morning we met Paolo and arranged a tasting for later in the day. Great hospitality, great wine, great local products .

Highly recommended! We stayed overnight in the camper service area, with all the amenities available: bathroom, shower, guest room, and even electricity. We started the day with an excellent aperitif in the company of the owner. A warm welcome, excellent wines, and all in a very well-kept and beautiful setting. We will definitely be back, thank you!

A fantastic winery in a truly rural setting. The owner, Paolo, greeted us with a smile just seconds after our arrival. Electricity, fresh water, a toilet, and a shower are all available, and a separate lounge offers space for groups should the weather not be perfect. Since all of these amenities are free of charge, a tasting of their excellent wines is practically a given. The local specialties served alongside are a true delight. The view of the vineyards is magnificent, and dog owners, in particular, can set off on walks in any direction. This off-the-beaten-path region definitely deserves more attention.

We stopped overnight in our campervan and enjoyed a tasting. The host was welcoming and kind, and the tasting was spectacular with extensive product explanations. The campervan area is comfortable and has a bathroom, water, electricity, and a heated room for guests. Highly recommended.
