Visit Cantine Povero, located on the slopes of the medieval castle on top of the Cisterna d’Asti hills. Take a tour of the vineyards that surround the estate and know about organic viticulture. The guide will take you through the cellar where you can see ancient worktools and winemaking process. You can even take a helicopter ride lasting 30 minutes and appreciate the beauty of UNESCO World Heritage Sites Monferrato, Langhe, and Roero.
