Join us for a memorable day in the heart of the Tuscan countryside with three unique experiences! We’ll start our adventure in Florence, where an authorized driver will take you to our charming farm in just 35 minutes. Here’s what you can look forward to:
1 - Stroll through picturesque fields, ancient olive groves, and lush vineyards. Take in the stunning landscape while learning about our farm's history. Don’t forget your camera—you might even meet our friendly domesticated pig! If you visit in September, you can taste the fresh grapes right off the vine!
2 - Next, visit our cellar to sample five organic Tuscan wines, including both white and red varieties aged directly from the barrel, along with "vin santo," a traditional sweet wine. You’ll also have the chance to taste our exquisite olive oil while enjoying a short film about our mission. Feel free to purchase wines at cellar prices or arrange for shipping.
3 - Finally, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making session with Raffaella or Laura. Learn the secrets to crafting delicious spaghetti or ravioli! We’ll mix and cook the pasta together, and then enjoy a communal meal at a long table, just like an Italian family. Our wines will accompany your lunch, and one of our co-hosts will ensure you have a fantastic time!
With a maximum of 16 participants, this experience is perfect for individuals or groups. You can join us by meeting in Florence at Piazza del Tiratoio, with departures at 9:15 AM or 2:15 PM.

After that, our amazing and intelligent guide Christina guided us through a wine tasting of some of the most delicious wine I've ever tasted. Finally, we learned how to make pasta from the extremely talented chef Rafaella and got to enjoy our pasta and even more wine. My deepest thanks to the entire staff for a once-in-a-lifetime experience (including Sofia and Marta)!

Wonderful experience! They did a great job. I booked the wine tour and pasta class, and both were amazing! The hospitality at this place was incredible; they welcomed us with drinks and sweets. We also explored the herbs and met the animals on the farm. The wine tour was really nice, with an educational video about the farm and different music while we tasted each wine. After that, the pasta class was soo fun. In the end, we had a lovely lunch with drinks and dessert, and they surprised us with a nice gift. I had an amazing time! I really recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at Dalle Nostre Mani, between the visit of the vineyard, the wine tasting and the pasta class, all the way to the nice italian dinner on the cute little backyard terasse to conclude this beautiful day. The guides Mateo and Christina and our cooking teacher Raphaella were the absolute best ! I 100% recommend this visit !

We were lucky enough to enjoy a day tour of this vinyard during the off season. Thanks to it being off season, we got to enjoy the grounds, tastings, and cooking on an exclusive tour! The wines were very good, and the chef instructor was very educational. The host was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Look them up on AirBnb under experiences from Florence. They're worth the visit.
