Domaine Chauveau is open for visitors all year long. The staff will welcome you and take you on a little walk through their vineyards to explain their working methods. Know about their grape varieties and visit the cellar next to get familiar with the harvesting, fermentation, ageing and bottling of their wines.
Apart from the estate tour, you will get a chance to taste some of their different cuvees. The wines are paired with goat cheese and other local dishes. The winemaker will accompany you during the tasting and tell you about the various unique qualities of their wines.

Domaine Chauveau, in the Central Loire Region for Generations The Domaine Chauveau is present in the Central Loire region and has a history of several generations of winemakers. The owner took over the vineyards from parents in 1997, and a newly renovated winery with all modern equipment and winemaking techniques has enlarged the wine estate since 2012. The winery produces around 135,000 bottles every year for their cellar and major restaurants and hotels.
