Very special place - you can feel the history and tradition here. Owned by the 13th generation of the family. No-compromise quality of wine. Gewurztraminer, muscat, pinot gris are the best I've ever tried.

Super friendly owners (father, mother and son). Wine tasting was possible in German and without prior notice! The Risling Gran Crus tasted great and are even cheaper than in the Palatinate!

Wonderful tasting, nice family, and found an amazing dry (3-4 g) gewurtztraminer with a robust floral bouquet 💐🍾 cremant also excellent. Highly recommend the detour to try , also really beautiful setting, comfortable tasting room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very nice house for "classic" Alsace wines in the best sense of the word. Beautiful straight and dry Rieslings with a special mention for the grand cru in old vintages. A magnificent Gewurtz grand cru 2008 which begins to bring out beautiful aromas of quince. A sparkling "Muscabulles" based on Muscat which is a real summer pleasure. And also and again a traditional Edelzwicker (blend of grape varieties) in 1 liter format which is a great "wine for friends" to have as an aperitif. All in the charming village of Traenheim and with a family welcome always of great kindness.
