After trying the albarossa, at a wine tasting in Nizza, we had to go get the full experience of the Franco Ivaldi winery. We called them and booked a wine tour for the day after. We got a tour of the production by Franco Ivaldi's son Giorgio Ivaldi. It was a great experience, and we ended up buying 4 bottles each.

I visited the Ivaldi family for a tasting and was surprised by the excellent quality of the wines. I very quickly became a customer, especially of Albarossa, and I can't wait to return to the cellar for a new tasting experience.

The wine is great, anything for every taste. The owners are lovely and friendly people. We were treated like kings. They are happy to tell you everything about the wine and the vineyard. Definitely worth a visit and guaranteed that you will take some wine with you. Our favorite is the Albarosso, full bodied, complex and smooth.
