We have tasted many Barolos. But the Barolo from Livia Fontana is in the top league. The price/performance ratio is great! We also felt the warmth and passion that this family business radiates. Livia, we will be back!

Excellent welcome. The location is beautiful. The tour of the small but historic winery together with the owner was pleasant. We tasted Arneis, Rosè, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo Villero (crudo which is located exactly in front of the beautiful tasting room). The rosé (Nebbiolo from Barolo) is particular and definitely not for an aperitif, and the elegance of the Villero is astonishing. Excellent experience

We spontaneously drove by after lunch and were immediately welcomed and shown around the company. We felt very comfortable during the tasting that followed. Many thanks to Livia and Lorenzo for their hospitality.

An honourable mention for Mrs. Livia and her son, they were very kind and super welcoming, you felt right at home. The winery is very nice and Lorenzo explained the whole process to us. The tasting was top notch, we chose the experience and when it came to choosing the wines we let Lorenzo advise us, very good wines accompanied by a small portion of super good salami and cheese and with hazelnut and breadstick tastings. I recommend trying the Barolo from the menu by the glass. Of course we also bought some bottles to take home.
