First of all, the crémants (since that was the purpose of the visit): very good quality and a wide enough range to please everyone. Then, the welcome, very friendly and finally, the setting; the building built in a former quarry is impressive, architecture lovers will not be disappointed. (remember to call before visiting)

Crement de Bourgogne really spectacular. I stopped by for a tasting without an appointment but I'd recommend calling. Worth a detour for sure!
