Visits take place in the evening at their wine cellar, where you will be surrounded by the sight, smell, and taste of wine. On your visit to the winery, you’ll learn about what they do on a day-to-day basis at their small, family-run vineyard. You will receive an explanation about the techniques including harvest, press, and fermentation of the wine in the most natural ways possible.
The staff will then lead a tasting of white, rosé, and red wines accompanied by local/regional snacks to complement. You can identify different flavors and aromas in the wine in addition to distinguishing the differences in the terroir. Depending on the season, there is also the possibility of tasting the wine at various stages of fermentation/ageing.
