Excellent experience, from the visit to the cellar to the refined tasting at the Fosco Bistrot. We were pleasantly accompanied by the professionalism of Mrs. Susanna Valzolgher, who knew how to highlight the excellent Salvano wines from Diano d'Alba. Event with a visit to the cellar and explanation of the different phases of winemaking, aging and bottling. Afterwards, an excellent lunch with tasting of different wines. Very interesting and appreciated.

All the veal with tuna sauce, the breaded slices, the fried mushrooms and the tagliolini with mushrooms are excellent. The grape sorbet is spectacular...a spectacle. the screen was large and very well prepared... Giampaolo, truly excellent level, well prepared... the girls in the room were very good and professional, a must try... thank you, beautiful evening, excellent food... thank you
