Write a reviewMy husband and I had an excellent degustation experience with Theo, who was kind enough to host the session in English. Theo took his time to share the history of the winery and explain various nuances of the terrain, winemaking process and labelling regulations, e.g. the use of the words "clos" and "monopole". We got a lot out of the experience and were impressed by the wines, especially the Mercurey Premier Cru "Les Cinq" from 2020 and the Echezeaux Grand Cru from 2021. We were visiting by bicycle and couldn't take many wines with us this time, but we're certainly planning to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit conducted by Monsieur Amaury Devillard himself. The wines are outstanding as are the grounds of the estate. M. Devillard is a charming man whose knowledge and passion for winemaking made our visit so memorable.

We had a great time with Oscar, who knew the wines very well and explained the different terroirs and their particularities to us. With our trunk full, we will be delighted to return to taste his next vintages. For now, by far our best tasting so far. (Conviviality, sharing, bottles, atmosphere, etc.) Thanks to the whole team 😉👍
