At the domain Eblin-Fuchs you will taste the wines from Alsace.
During the visit you will have explanations on how the vineyard is managed and the care it requires in agrobiology as well as the particularity of the production of Biodynamic Demeter wines. Then you will be guided to the cellar to follow the path of the grape towards the birth of the wine.
This tour will be followed by the tasting of 5 wines reflecting the various types produced. You can discover some Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Riesling and Gewurztraminer grape varieties.
