Get a glimpse into our organic farming methods and our "less is more" philosophy in the cellar. Highlights include our 16th-century wine cellar and the modern winery.

We’ll finish with a tasting of our low-intervention wines – right in the heart of the steep slopes of the Eisack Valley. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing stories
