Your wine tasting experience begins on the charming historic street where the Cantina del Colonna is nestled. The tour includes a visit to the winery's cellar, where you can learn about the meticulous production processes that create our exquisite wines.

Following the cellar tour, you will enjoy a tasting of three signature wines from Cantina del Colonna, perfectly paired with a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses. A highlight of the tasting is the Vinosanto made from Smoked Grapes of the Upper Tiber Valley, a Slow Food Presidium. This unique dessert wine is complemented by Torcolo, a traditional local sweet that enhances the tasting experience.
