The Fabre family welcomes you to their family estate for an immersive experience into their history, expertise, and passion for wine. This comprehensive tour allows you to discover every step in the creation of a great wine, from vine to glass.

The route takes you through the vineyard, the vat room, the barrel cellar, the bottling line, the bottling area and the labeling line, offering a complete view of the work carried out at the estate.

At the end of the visit, choose one of the two tastings:

  • The Fabre Estates Range : tasting of 6 wines (2 Rebelle cuvées, 2 Réserve de Famille and 2 Fabre Icône) to discover the full diversity of the Fabre Estates, between tradition, innovation and prestige cuvées.
  • The Château Lamothe-Cissac Vertical Tasting : tasting of 5 vintages of Château Lamothe-Cissac to explore the evolution of the wine over the years, the expression of the terroir and its aging potential.

Practical information:

  • Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Capacity: 10 people maximum
  • Price: €12 including VAT per person
  • The cost of the visit is reimbursed from €60 including VAT spent per group.
  • Tour available in French, English and Chinese (Monday and Thursday).

Domaines Fabre is a truly special chateau. You don't need to book a visit and the staff is very kind, without rushing us they showed us the whole winery, from the vineyards to the shipping of their excellent wine. Thanks for the hospitality! Daniele & Sandra

Thank you for this beautiful visit to the estate which allows you to discover the wine production process from A to Z. The explanations are clear and interesting and we were very well received, without reservation. It all ends with a tasting of the different wines produced on the estate, which range from the most classic to the most original. We left with 6 bottles for our cellar.

We were shown around the winery by a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He showed us all aspects of wine making including the different labelling processes required for different countries- something I had never really thought about. His English was excellent when my school French failed me. The wine was spectacular too!
