Enjoy a complete tasting, wine and food experience.
We will start the tour on the Merumalia terrace. We will tell you our story while enjoying a breathtaking view of the vineyards and Rome. We will walk through the vineyards, immersed in its colors. We will then visit the cellar and explain the production philosophy and the processing phases. The tour continues with the tasting of our organic wines paired with a special menu created for the occasion. We choose the ingredients according to the seasons, respecting the cycles of nature, using products that come from small local businesses. We love making you discover that behind every wine and every dish there is a story made up of people, projects and sharing. The menu changes weekly, let us know if there are dietary requirements to take into consideration, we will be happy to find the necessary alternatives.
*With the addition of €5 per person it is also possible to taste our Grappa combined with a selection of chocolate. *With the addition of €20 it is possible to integrate the menu with a second course and a matching glass.
*On sunny days tastings are organized on the terrace, in winter and in case of rain you will enjoy the view of the vineyards from the bright tasting room of the cellar.
Other things to keep in mind:
-Let us know if there are any food restrictions or preference we have to consider.
-Children under four years old don't pay.
-Bring your camera to capture the breathtaking view and wear comfortable shoes for a short walk through the vineyards.
-It is a 25 mins train ride from Roma Termini to Frascati station. Trains are scheduled every hour. Once you arrived at Frascati we can helping you with taxi and transfer. Merumalia, is around 5 mins driving from the station.

Write a reviewWe stayed overnight with a camper. The wine tour/ tasting was very nice, the staff and the owner are amazing, very helpful and very friendly. We didn’t expect that. The wines were very nice. It was accompanied by cheese platter (cause we don’t eat meat) and crispy bread and their own olive oil. The cheeses were local! There is available tolilet on the venue. Highly recommend!

A wonderful location with a crazy view! You can even see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica! We were impressed by the great attention and care of their organic vineyard! We took the tour and the guide explained in detail both the history of the place and the technical part! In addition to the tasting, they also provided lunch which was excellent!! Possibility of vegetarian choice (cauliflower risotto with red wine balsamic vinegar of unique goodness!). Also the choice of wines for tasting is excellent! We had a great time!

Just outside Rome is this beautiful vineyard. We took a cooking class there. Can not recommend this enough. There were a lot of chefs present to guide you and the food afterwards tastes amazing. We also got a tour of the vineyard.

My friends and I tried the wine tour and were fascinated by the passion that Giulia and Flavia put into their work. It is a magical place where the high quality of the wine is combined with a breathtaking view and a family atmosphere where you can pamper yourself. We do not have any stars on the rooms as they hosted us with our camper. For the rest what to say except that they have a beautiful location, excellent welcome and availability.
