Your experience at Manera Fratelli begins with a guided tour of the traditional Langhe cellar, where history and craftsmanship meet. During the 15-minute visit, you'll explore the spaces where the wines come to life, with detailed explanations of the different vinification and aging methods used for each type of wine. Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a curated tasting of five wines—two whites and three reds—including the estate’s flagship Barbaresco. This intimate tasting experience is led by Carlo, the producer and certified sommelier, who will guide you through the rich variety of Langhe wines. You'll discover the nuances of different denominations, native grape varieties, terroirs, and areas of origin, gaining a deeper appreciation of what makes each wine unique. To complete the experience, the wines are accompanied by traditional food, enhancing their flavors and offering a true taste of Piedmontese culture.
