I enjoyed the tour of the factory and the story about the winemaking process more than the tasting. It's not that the tasting was bad, it's just that you have to understand wine a little, but I drank it like water. In any case, buying a bottle of local wine here will be more reasonable than in the supermarket :)

I couldn't find the listing for Tnjri restaurant, which is part of the Hin Areni winery. Nice place with very good grilled meats and salads. Half way to and from Goris, this is a decent place to stop for a quick but decent food.

I couldn't find the listing for Tnjri restaurant, which is part of the Hin Areni winery. Nice place with very good grilled meats and salads. Half way to and from Goris, this is a decent place to stop for a quick but decent food.

Not only a wine tasting, but also an excellent, elegant, typical Armenian restaurant, friendly service and delicious food accompanied by good wine. We also bought two very good bottles of wine. Unforgettable experience

I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful winery and was treated to a fantastic experience. From taking a short tour through their production process to sampling their best wines, every moment was truly delightful. After the tour, I had the opportunity to dine at their on-site restaurant, and the food did not disappoint. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavours were exquisite. We were here for a wine tasting. The staff was nice and friendly, and they served some cheese with the wine. The wine was okay, but nothing particularly special; the prices in the shop were quite expensive.

Great wine tasting it comes with crackers and bits of cheese too! The tour could have been better, the tour started with bottle making and packing before the actual making of wine from the grapes. There could have also been photos or illustrations of how the vineyard looks like during the tour. But otherwise everything is good and understandable with the new winery.
