Fantastic property location, deli, wines and restaurant. We stopped for lunch at the restaurant and the food was superb. One of the best burgers we have had. Service was great and the staff friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed. Prices we found to be reasonable. Nice selection of breads, cheeses and fresh foods in the deli. Nice selection of great wines. We will certainly be back for another visit.

Living in Cape Town we have been to a fair number of estates, and this is easily right up there in our top 3 to visit. The view is amazing and the wines speak for them selves. Definitely coming back with the extended family.

Well-presented food and wine but some of them didn't achieve the expected quality. The fish was tasty. friendly staff. I appreciate the presence of a sommelier at the weekend.

Fabulous atmosphere in the courtyard with the "Farro" restaurant, green area and pond arrangements. Clear menu with a varied and delicious selection. Chose: "Springbok & Pork Terrine" (starter), "Truffled Chicken, Smoked Ham, Sweetcorn" (main course) and "Bot River Honey Nut Tart" (dessert). Perfect! Excellent wines to go with it, grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir (both from the "Crystallum" series). Absolutely worth a detour on the journey to or from Hermanus.
