Degustazione di vini pregiati e tour alla Cantina Icario

Take a guided tour of the winery with certified sommeliers who will answer all your questions about the production, aging, and winemaking processes. The winery team itself puts all its knowledge, professionalism, and experience into its flagship wine: Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG. This wine is born from a unique blend of traditions that make the final product—wine—so unique.

At the tasting, you'll have the finest bottles of red, white, and rosé wines. Through the process of evaluating the color, aroma, and flavor of different locations, you'll understand the differences created by aging in different types of oak and for different lengths of time. The main red wine varietal is Sangiovese, which has red berries, aromatic herbs, and tomato in its aromatic profile. Varieties such as Merlot, Cabernat Sauvignon, and Colorino (which are blended with Sangiovese) are responsible for the other notes in the aromatic profile of Icario wines. A visit to the Icario winery for a tasting and wine tour is not to be missed. You can easily book through our platform for an unforgettable experience.
