Situated in the Södermanland region, Blaxsta is recognized as the most northern winery globally. This unique location benefits from 25% more sunlight hours than Bordeaux, combined with distinct soil characteristics that create an ideal environment for vine cultivation. The winery produces cold-fermented, natural wines from non-grafted vines, resulting in aromatic and velvety smooth wines. The grape varieties cultivated here include Merlot, Vidal Blanc, and Chardonnay, which contribute to their acclaimed red, white, and dessert wines.
Blaxsta has also introduced Cabernet Franc seedlings, with their cultivation expanding each year. As the first commercial winery to exclusively use Swedish grapes, they achieve a remarkable balance between sugar and acidity in their wines. Their prestigious Vidal Select Harvest ice wine has earned Grand Gold four times at the International Wine World Challenge, showcasing the quality of their offerings.
The on-site restaurant, established in 2005, serves authentic local cuisine paired with their exquisite wines, making it a must-visit for food and wine lovers.

Write a reviewWe were given such a warm welcome and the Julboard was super delicious. The surroundings were so cozy and you just felt at home. Each course was explained in detail and it was a real feast for the eyes and the palate. There were all the Swedish delicacies that you eat at Christmas. We also tried the home-made wine and beer and we liked both very much. There is also great bread and croissants here on 3 days. Thank you for this unforgettable evening and Merry Christmas to the team

On October 5-6 we celebrated our Crown Diamond wedding at Blacksta Vingård. Everything turned into a fantastic experience and great joy for us and our loved ones; comfortable accommodation in a sober environment; wonderful meals with the expert service of nimble girls; absolutely beautiful British summer weather in the beautiful countryside of Sörmland. For the kind treatment that Josefin, Olle and rare staff have shown us, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. B & UH Lindberg

5.7.2024, our first visit after the restaurant changed ownership, and what an experience! Lyrical about food and entertainment, the view of the Sörmland landscapes and the scents of rain-soaked grass. Excellent guest musicians, a bassist from Stockholm, a guitarist from Israel (or was it the other way around?) and an outstanding singer from England played and sang cover versions of the 1990s in their own way. So good, I hope to hear them again! And yes, as I said, fantastic food and beer from our own brewery. Full pot for you❣️

The best place ever for every event! 😍🤩We spent a 3 day conference at Blacksta Vingård and enjoyed every minute of it. Jossan, Olle, Gunnar and all other hosts were super great. Will definitely go back! 🙏🫶🏻
