Burning Tree Cellars winery: in the heart of North-Arizona
Located in the heart of North Arizona in the United States of America is Arizona’s premiere award-winning craft winery, the Burning Tree Cellars. It was founded in 2007 by two men who are passionate about wine, Mitch Levy and Corey Turnbull. Levy is the general manager who runs day to day errands, participates in wine making and Turnbull is the visionary and winemaker behind the Burning Tree Cellars.
Affordable wines with a great taste
The world perceives wine to be expensive and for the elites while the two founders believe that wine should rather have great taste and be affordable. And through this venture, they produced a wide range of single varietal wines from the finest vineyards in Arizona. They specialize in a small batch of well-made wines and the secret behind it being finest fruits, high quality oaks and patience.
Experience a wide range of varieties
The wide varieties of grapes that are used to craft wines at the winery are Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Viognier, Riesling, Syrah, Grenache Mourvèdre, Petite Syrah and Tempranillo. The ripe ones are then chosen to make red, white and rose wines. The wines from the winery made are never over marketed but are mostly sold through friends and families and word of mouth. One of their wines was one of the first two Arizona offerings to earn 90 points from Wine Spectator.
