About CANTINA CAVALLINI
Innovative, artisanal, participatory. A small winery of professionals in the South of Ticino, which produces organic, natural, vegan wines. Maturation of white, rosé and red wines in steel, wood and terra cotta barrels.
Visits to vineyards and viticultural agroforestry projects, with high biodiversity. Visits and tastings in the cellar with products from the Muggio valley, every day by appointment.
The farm welcomes everyone to the harvest, provides a pitch equipped for campers and tents all year round, and rents a romantic holiday home in the vineyard.
Internship possible for manual viticulture.
