At Nelion Winery, our mission is to craft exceptional small-batch wines using indigenous grape varieties that have thrived on the island for centuries. Family values are at the heart of our vineyard cultivation and winemaking practices. Located in Paphos, we take pride in our meticulously maintained vineyards, where we cultivate several unique grape varieties. With an annual production of approximately 25,000 bottles, we focus on quality and attention to detail, resulting in eight distinct wine labels that showcase the essence of Cyprus.
The Lands
Nelion Winery is situated on the picturesque slopes of the Diarizos Valley in Cyprus. The unique microclimate of this region allows us to produce wines with a focus on acidity, leading to full-bodied white wines and refined red wines. Our commitment to the land and its natural characteristics ensures that each bottle reflects the rich terroir of Paphos, making our wines a true representation of Cypriot heritage.

This is a true gem not far from Diarizos valley. This winery does really interesting wines: xinistery in acacia or oak barrels, local low tannin ophtalmo, quite rare orange wine and young sparkling wine from black muskat. It was a hospitable visit and interesting talk

This was our second visit to this treasure in the foothills of Troodos. This time we came away with 28 bottles of rosè after a cheeky Monday morning wine tasting. The team there are so lovely, so sit awhile, sample the wine and enjoy the grapes and the view. All in all a lovely day out from the humdrum vibe of Limassol ☺️

An amazing experience for wines especially since this is extremely local. We had 6 different wines - 2 white 1 rose and 3 red. A flavour similar to other Eastern European countries. Friendly service and good location.
