Plum Hill winery became a reality in 2004 with the removal of 151 trees, where now a massive range of grapes are grown. The vines vary from Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc to fruity Riesling, Schonberger, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Muscat. The owner believes in traditional methods of grape farming, combined with modern techniques. The harvesting is done through manual picking to ensure the best bunches are selected for further processing.

Thanks to Plum Hill winery, the Willamette Valley has now become one of the growing picnic spots with views of Mt. St. Helen’s and Mt. Adams. People from all over the world travel to this mesmerizing place and enjoy holidays while tasting some of the best wines of the United States. Today, the winery produces top-class red and white wines, along with majestic rose, dessert, and fortified wines, all produced under certified labels.

The cellar has also gone through several innovative changes throughout the years. RJ Lint and Shannon, the winemakers, use stainless steel tanks for fermentation and to store his white wines, whereas wooden barrels and barriques are used to keep tasty reds and rose wines. There is a lot of knowledge that guests can gather during exclusive cellar tours.
