About Daroca Vineyards and Winery
In the heart of the Tarija Valley, Bolivia's winemaking capital, lies Daroca Vineyards and Winery, a signature winery that has combined tradition, history, and passion for the land since 1920. We are the only winery producing Singañac, an exclusive, signature Singañac, carefully aged for over three years in French and American oak barrels, giving it a unique and elegant character, a true expression of our terroir and Bolivian identity.
Our winery also produces high-altitude signature wines—Syrah, Tannat, and blends—along with premium Singanis that reflect the richness and authenticity of Tarija viticulture. Each bottle is the result of generations of dedication, innovation, and respect for nature.
Visiting Daroca is like immersing yourself in a journey of sensory and history: exploring vineyards at an altitude of 1,800 meters, learning firsthand the secrets of Singani distillation, and discovering how time transforms our wines and spirits into unforgettable experiences.
We also offer a gastronomic experience at our Los Sarmientos restaurant, which complements our tastings, pairing the richness of the local cuisine with our wines and singanis. A space where tradition, flavor, and Bolivian hospitality come together to create unique moments.
