Tasting Notes

Made of 30% Chardonnay grapes, 35% Pinot Noir and 55% Pinot Meunier, matured in caves for 30 months, neat and discreet nose of small red berries, fruity and fresh mouth accompanied with a light and pleasant vinosity. Its salmon color is valued by a transparent bottle. Served at 7-8°C in a flute glass. This champagne is ideal for an aperitif or with a red fruits dessert.
