Grape variety: BARBERA, CROATINA, NEBBIOLO. Assembled and aged in BARRIQUE
Cultivation: Careful cultivation in the vineyard that allows us not to use synthetic chemicals. All the production is obtained from vineyards owned in Cisterna d'Asti, San Damiano d'Asti and Canale d'Alba.
Bottle aging: up to 8-10 years.
Organoleptic characteristics: Alcohol distillaz. O.I.V. 14.00% vol.
Color: intense ruby red, with garnet reflections.
Nose: Full, floral and fruity, with notes of cherry, plum, fruit compotes, vanilla and green pepper.
Taste: dry, warm, soft and fresh. Tannic and savory. Elegant structure and body.
Serving Temperature: 18 μμ20
Food affinities: To be combined with red meat, game, hard cheese.
