Tasting Notes

A remarkable semi-aromatic wine. It excels with a fresh, savory acidity, providing great satisfaction. Through the nose and taste it is part of the characteristic line for the production of the New World: lime, elderberry, citrus, vegetable flavors, obvious fruitfulness, but without excesses. In the aftertaste there are notes of green peppers. It is a conquering wine, greenish yellow, bright, with full taste and good balance, which is made extinct in record time from the glass.

Food Pairings

The wine would go well with fish, seafood, spicy entrées, poultry, goat cheese, asparagus. It is also suitable for appetizers.
