SBM Rosé is a 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon blend, displaying a light to deep salmon color with aromas of mango and grapefruit. Dry and elegant on the palate, it comes from 22-year-old vines planted in stony-clay red soil over slate subsoil, cultivated with bio-agricultural practices. Aged 2–3 months on light lees in stainless steel tanks, it has an ageing potential of 3 years. Best served at 11–12 °C with seafood, fish, salads with fruity dressing, or sushi.
