Explore the native white grapes of Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino with a tasting of four wines plus a sparkling, alongside an olive oil tasting. Ideal for adventurous palates, this 90-minute experience also offers an optional pairing of mozzarella with anchovies and smoked salmon.
You can discover the great native white vines of the area : Grechetto and Trebbiano
Spoletino. Both wines have great character, but opposite organoleptic characteristics: the former is austere and structured, the latter is opulent and fresh. We recommend this tasting to those who love to be surprised by unusual white wines.
