I am proudly a producer of Barbera d'Asti, a great wine that is good to drink in the cold months and, slightly cool, in the summer as well. I propose a vertical tasting of three vintages of Barbera d'Asti:
-vendemmia 2020 paired with lard and cured meats,
-vintage 2018 paired with a taste of Bagna Cauda
-vendemmia 2016 paired with medium-aged cheeses. The latter is the grape harvested from my 80-year-old vineyard, which I have chosen to bottle only in magnum.
The tasting is preceded by a walk through my organic vineyards and a short visit to the winery.

We had a lovely tasting at Adriano Grasso, he really took the time for us to explain everything in detail and you can really feel the passion he has for the wines. That love translates to very good natural wines. Highly recommend a tasting here!

A must-do for all lovers of nature wine! Adriano and his family invest a lot to produce this amazing Barbera and Spumante! We had the pleasure to taste and he explained everything in detail. Unfortunately, the Moscato was sold out - but I am sure to re-meet Adriano Grasso wine in selected stores very soon!

More than a tasting visit, a meeting with a friend. Adriano is not only incredibly competent and passionate, but also a man from another era, endowed with unique courtesy and seriousness. After chatting and tasting his wine in an atmosphere that exudes authenticity, we returned home with a few beautiful bottles that we only uncork on the best occasions! Congratulations again!

Adriano is a true enthusiast of Barbera wines. A perfect example of Italian hospitality and generosity. We had a small tour around a family-owned winery and an abundant taste of two types of Barbera and an extremely precious Rose, accompanied by high-quality local cheese and salumi. We learned a lot about local production and the particularity of producing wine in this area. If you want to know what exactly is the taste of Piemonte, this is your place!
