In my small town, Calosso, we have rediscovered an ancient and rare vine, the Gamba di Pernice with which I produce the Doc Calosso. It is an ancient and modern wine at the same time: low in alcohol, young and fun.
I propose a unique tasting: our rare wine Gamba di Pernice Calosso Doc and the Moscato Metodo classico “Doro” meet unusual pairings in a “merenda sinoira” rich in authentic flavours.
First I will take you on a walk through my organic vineyards and a short visit to the cellar.
