The itinerary includes a visit to the winery and the adjacent vineyard, which uses the Bellussera system. A food and wine journey through a selection of four representative wines from our winery: the Prosecco DOCG Brut "Cuvée del Fondatore" , the Manzoni Rosa Extra Dry sparkling wine, a very rare native grape, the Sauvignon IGT Trevenezie , and the Raboso Piave DOC Sangue del Diavolo . The tasting will be accompanied by typical local products (cured meats, cheeses, and breadsticks).
