Bottle Shock Wine School is a great option for groups who want to come together and get nerdy about the world of wine. Your group will be led to a prepared tasting area, and with the dedicated help of one of our Wine Experts you’ll be taught how to taste wine, exploring the key ingredients to making great wine and how to spot quality in the glass.

The Scaffolding 101 experience guides the guest through one of the most fundamental but often overlooked aspects to a wine: Structure. We'll take you through 5 of our favourite wines from across the Adelaide Hills and beyond to demonstrate how Acid, Tannin, and Alcohol lend body to a wine, and can have an impact far greater than flavour alone.

Great gluten free food options to complement delicious and fresh wines and gins! Wonderful staff that are friendly and happy, a fantastic place for out of towners or locals to experience.

We found ourselves here on the search for the ever elusive Fiano, we have been an avid admirers and supporters since. In-fact the entire range brings joy and surprise. We have since moved many many miles away but still treat ourselves to an occasional well traveled tipple from a never to disappoint producer and dedicated team. I even heard a whisper of a basque style wine coming soon! I know very little but what i do know is a whine with an X in its name served with food on sticks is as close to bliss as I can get! Keep up the good work guys, hope to see you again real soon!

Firstly all the wines I've had from them are delicious! I enjoy their newsletters. But they also have good customer service. They initially sent one bottle wrong in my first order, but once I contacted them they sent me out the correct bottle, a gift, and gave me a discount code for future orders. Very pleased.
