Join us for an engaging tour at Casaloste, a winery with a rich history dating back to 1200. Learn about the winery's evolution since Giovanni and Emilia took over in 1992. We will share insights into Giovanni's winemaking philosophy and vision, followed by a visit to our vineyards, where you will see our commitment to sustainable practices in action. The tour will culminate in our barrel room, showcasing both ancient and modern barrels, where we will discuss the intricate winemaking and aging processes.
As part of your experience, you will taste four exquisite wines from our collection, gaining an understanding of the Chianti Classico categories and the stories behind our unique labels. You will also receive detailed tasting notes to enhance your appreciation. If you're interested, we can also offer a tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Grappa, showcasing the full range of our artisanal products.
