The Organic Wines of Château Bas in Aix-en-Provence Château Bas is located in the heart of beautiful Aix-en-Provence which history of this estate dates back to Roman times. Mr. and Mrs. Georges acquired the estate back in 1980 following their passion for wine making. The winery uses organic farming techniques for the production of wines.
