At Domaine Cédric Vincent, located on the heights of Pouilly-le-Monial in the heart of the Pierres Dorées, experience an enriching moment exploring the world of Beaujolais with a unique winemaker: his family history, his lands, his heritage, his landscapes, his gastronomy, and of course, his wines.

Laurence will explain the complexities of vineyard work, enhanced by organic and biodynamic practices, with the aim of creating distinctive wines full of character.

After a visit to the cellar, where the winemaking process will be explained—including aging in amphora—you can taste up to 4 wines from the estate, including Beaujolais whites and reds, Saint-Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc.

I have enormous respect for this winemaker; his love for his craft, the vines, and the terroir is evident when you talk to him. His wines are truly to my liking, each with its own personality, and they transcend the appellation they come from. A must-try!

Tasted delicious wines, not yet drunk at home. Nice reception on Sunday! Almost all domaines were closed on Sunday. Even without an appointment we were very welcome. Fortunately they were home. Very friendly and hospitable people. So we were still able to take some bottles from the Beaujolais region home with us! Very nice!!!

We organized a group excursion in MX5 roadsters to explore the roads of the verdant Beaujolais wine region. On Saturday evening, we met Laurence and Cédric at their winery. After the customary introductions of the 33 participants, Laurence and Cédric led us through the Portes des Pierres Dorées (Golden Stone Gates), explaining their history and heritage, and then drove to the winery's vineyard, where we learned about the different terroirs and their histories. We returned to the cellar for a presentation and tasting of the winery's wines. The evening concluded with a Beaujolais dinner at the nearby La Corbeille Fleurie restaurant, where Cédric and Laurence presented their wines to us as part of a wine pairing. The participants were thrilled with this discovery and the evening, and they took home some carefully selected bottles despite the limited space in our trunks! Cedric was even kind enough to deliver the crates to us from the hotel shortly before our departure. You will have understood, I simply say: Do it!

We had booked a discovery of winemaking followed by a tasting of wine from the estate for 2 for a birthday. We were very well received by Ms. Vincent who took the time to explain to us the different vinification methods used in this vineyard, some of which are also unique in Beaujolais. From these beginnings to today, we can discover the inspiring journey of Mr. Vincent, his awards, his encounters and the risks he was able to take to get here today. The wine tasting was a surprise for both of us, atypical and unique wines thanks to their specific vinification methods, great wines served in very good restaurants in the region and wines from very old vines! Thanks again to Mr and Mrs Vincent for their welcome and this very interesting discovery of their work and their products.

An unforgettable experience in Cédric's vineyards. During our visit to the winery, we had the opportunity to meet Cédric in person, rather than with his wife as originally planned. He told us his fascinating story, which reflects the love and determination with which he pursues his profession. With disarming simplicity, Cédric shared his passion for this demanding work, which requires daily sacrifice and effort. Every word, every gesture, revealed his deep connection to the land where he grew up, for it was the land of his childhood. We concluded this wonderful encounter with a tasting of exceptional wines, some of which we took home to enhance the experience. This visit was a unique experience that we recommend to everyone. Take an hour and a half, or even two, to discover this authentic and captivating experience. We will definitely be back. We loved everything about him: his humility, his desire to share his world, and his ability to transform bold ideas—sometimes considered foolish—into true successes. Thank you, Cédric, for this moment of sharing and inspiration!

I rang before our visit both to ensure they were open, and that they could host English speakers. The wife of the vigneron (she said they were married last week!) spoke very good English. We were given an introduction to the vineyards and the wine, and then tasted several of the reds. The ‘Sanctus’ and Morgan La Grand Cras were both outstanding wines. We purchased a bottle of the Sanctus, sadly we could not ship more back to Australia - the cost was prohibitive. Thank you so much for the opportunity to taste your wines.
